Since our charter in 1992, our American Legion Post has welcomed VETERANS from all branches of our Armed Forces. Today, after our official re-chartering in May 2013, we continue to include all military personnel serving our country. Through membership, we aim to implement the goals, aspirations, and dreams of peace and blessings for our country, friends, and families. This hope and work are embodied in our preamble below:

“For God and Country, we associated ourselves together for the following purposes: To uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States of America: To maintain law and order; To perpetuate a one hundred per cent Americanism: To preserve the memories and incidents of our association in the Great Wars: To inculcate a since of individual obligation to the community, state and nation; To combat the autocracy of both the classes and the masses; To make right the master of might; To promote peace and goodwill on earth; To safeguard and transmit to posterity the principles of Justice, Freedom and Democracy; To consecrate and sanctify our comradeship by our devotion to mutual helpfulness.”
